We guarantee live arrival if they are received the following day – We cannot be held responsible if you miss the delivery and your insects are held until you rebook the delivery. If you insist that you were in then your issue is with Royal Mail not us. We would politely suggest that you take accountability for this as you are misdirecting your anger over this issue towards us.

I visit often for live food and other bits I have over the last couple of months had a couple of lizards from here and they have always been in good health and the staff are always keen to pass on good information and always do a lot of checks where the animal will be housed and if not suitable have advised changes

I have made many purchases from Exotic animalls, the first being an aquatic sharp ribbed newt. They gave me excellent advice about habitat, temperature and food etc. Following their advice my newt, and 4 others I purchased, are thriving.
